Lamb Loin Chop - Grilled with Garlic and Rosemary

For Valentine's Day, we decided to have Rachael and Nate over. I normally buy cheap lamb cuts, but for this occasion I decided to buy the more expensive lamb loin chops. To prepare them, I chopped up a head of garlic and a bunch of rosemary, mixed it in olive oil and ground black pepper, and then let them marinate for several hours.
Then I put them on our outdoor gas grill.

I was happy with how the garlic and rosemary added to the flavor. I think I over-did the lamb just a bit, but it was still good. A nice Valentine's Day treat.
