The
Lesser Antillean bullfinch is found on the Lesser Antilles islands of the Caribbean. It is small with blackish or gray plumage, a red throat and red eyebrows and a short thick bill.

We encountered it at our table while eating outside at Nelson's Dockyard on the southeastern coast of Antigua.
We encountered several more outside a bakery nearby. I fed them part of a turnover. The
female has "warm gray" plumage and reddish brown wings, tail and undertail coverts.

Pretty dramatic difference between the male and female. I do like the red eyebrows.
