The ash-throated flycatcher is gray/brown with a pale yellow belly, cinnamon edges on the primary feathers, cinnamon down the center of the underside of the tail, and two whitish wing bar marks on the wing. It is one of more than 400 species in the tyrant flycatcher family.
I saw this ash-throated flycatcher standing on the branch of an ocotillo in Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument in southern Arizona.
