I've seen thick-billed euphonias previously in Mindo, Ecuador, right next to our hotel. We saw more of them in Colombia, at both Tinamu Reserve and Montezuma Rainforest Lodge. Some of my photos follow:

They remind me of a well-dressed woman whose shoes match her outfit perfectly. Gorgeous birds.
