In October 2017, with our guide, Yalchin, on the way from Lahic back to Baku, Azerbaijan, where we were going to catch a flight back to the U.S., we stopped in the countryside for a meal. It was set up in a gazebo. The food was fresh and good.

Cucumber and tomato salad. |
Grill lamb chops, lamb sausage, potato and tomato. |
Again, the setting made the meal. Well, the lamb helped.
