Narrowleaf suncup or narrow leaved primrose (Camissonia refracta)
is a species of evening primrose which blooms at night. It has a hairy red or reddish green leafy stem. It has white flowers with four petals which turn reddish as they wither.
The ones I found were very, very small, in the same vicinity as the browneye primrose, another night blooming flower. They were on the bajada south of the Eagle Mountains off the Hayfield Road exit of the I-10.
