This one turned out alright. We were just in San Francisco's Chinatown and I did see some very nice dry salted duck, I'm not sure if it was MOW Lee Co. or not. It appears that you may be a salesperson and I don't have a clay pot. Can you get me a good deal on one, and maybe on some of your good dry salted duck?Bobhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15527560924729632331noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3934656459172973743.post-5160744645747444222011-02-28T21:41:34.717-08:002011-02-28T21:41:34.717-08:00Sorry. You need to buy fresh preserved meat products from MOW Lee Co in San Francisco's Chinatown. They taste great. The duck is the best i've ever tried. and when cooked its nice and tender. I think they will ship it to where you are. Please use a clay pot. It cooks significantly differently. It is suppose to come out something like this.

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_qQwhyI0Fct4/TMO9BgjJtMI/AAAAAAAAAMQ/Rwv2ltl7igo/s1600/claypot-rice-chinatown-hawker-centre.jpgJasminehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12712207424275163819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3934656459172973743.post-68109077891979302772011-02-28T21:41:16.636-08:002011-02-28T21:41:16.636-08:00You are definitely NOT suppose to use smoked bacon...You are definitely NOT suppose to use smoked bacon, NOT SUPPOSE TO USE Regular Sausage, AND YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO USE A CLAY POT.Jasminehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12712207424275163819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3934656459172973743.post-2347264777231661272011-02-28T21:40:37.546-08:002011-02-28T21:40:37.546-08:00That looks so atrocious. That looks so atrocious.Jasminehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12712207424275163819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3934656459172973743.post-73434418980526128002010-03-15T18:42:02.180-07:002010-03-15T18:42:02.180-07:00Ooooh, that looks so good!
